About the role

We are seeking a talented and driven Sales Support Executive to join our team. In this full‑time position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales within our Bukit Batok office. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in achieving our business objectives and ensuring customer satisfaction.

We are looking for capable individual who are fit to be the successor of the precessor.

Working days/hours: 8.30am to 5.45pm (Monday to Friday)

What you'll be doing:

Proposal Management

• Perform product pricing based on identified solution and furnish a formal quotation to be submitted to the client.
• Execute projects within the assigned territory.
• Serve as point of contact for clients on all technical and commercial queries.
• Provide technical support to clients via mail, phone, or actual deployment.

Order Management

• Qualify orders received based on submitted quotation.
• Liaise with clients for any order related concerns.

Sales Management

• Responsible for sales growth of assigned region.
• Follow through on all sales leads and opportunities.
• Responsible in preparing sales materials and other sales documents where necessary.

Other Task

• Participates on Company Activities and Lead Continuous Improvement Initiatives.
