Description
Sales support engineers are responsible for analyzing technical specifications, creating product demonstrations, and answering questions about products or services. Provide pre‑sales technical support and engineering support to Customers and Business Partners to resolve issues by performing troubleshooting, diagnostics and performance optimization of the network and computing resources.
Responsibilities
- To have and maintain good daily attendance and punctuality.
- To update team members at least 2 working days in advance before going for leave, to minimize downtime.
Job Scope
- Process Purchase Order from client.
- Follow the order process requirements.
- Prepare MTO before conducting Kick Off Meeting
- Follow up on customer's orders and after sales service (customer services form)
- Managed customers’ feedback.
- Delivery tracking and coordinating with logistics & Client on deliveries.
- Prepare shipping documentation and certificate upon client's requirement.
- Coordinate on payment of delivery.
- Preparing Sales Quotation.
- Handing enquire & follow-up Sales Quotation with locals & overseas customers.
- Follow up on Sales Drawing Approval
- Initiate Kickoff Meeting.
- Follow up on completion of production work.
- Preparation of presentation and product catalogue for clients.
- Issue Manual Delivery Order and Invoice
- Prepare project costing.
- Not authorized to sign any company documents during probation period.
- Answer incoming call within 3 rings.
- Ad-Hoc duties assigned from time to time.
Review
- Daily Update of Project Progress to immediate superior.
- Weekly report progress.
- KPI Review 15th of Every Month

Requirements
- Preferably bachelor’s degree in engineering or relevant Pre‑U/ A level/ College/ Diploma/ Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma
- Preferably minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
- Preferably computer literate in MS Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Preferably Good oral and written communication skills in English
- Positive attitude with good interpersonal skills, excellent problem‑solving skills backed by solid technical knowledge.
- Preferably Ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
- Preferably able to complete tasks with little or no supervision.
