  • Mon to Fri, Office hours; Company transport provided at Boon Lay MRT

  • This role supports both commercial and operations functions, acting as a coordination point between customers, sales, and logistics operations. Reporting to the Manager, the position covers pricing support, customer engagement, operational coordination, and internal reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support quotations, proposals, tenders, contract renewals, and customer onboarding.

  • Maintain sales records, pipelines, follow-ups, and commercial documentation.

  • Handle customer enquiries, coordination, and service follow-ups.

  • Coordinate with depot operations on container movements, repairs, estimates, and timelines.

  • Monitor service performance and operational KPIs.

  • Prepare reports, presentations, meeting notes, and management updates.

  • Support internal coordination across sales, operations, finance, and customer service.

  • Assist with projects, business initiatives, and ad-hoc operational tasks.

Job Requirements
  • Min Diploma in Business, Logistics, or related field

  • Proficient in MS Office.
