This role supports both commercial and operations functions, acting as a coordination point between customers, sales, and logistics operations. Reporting to the Manager, the position covers pricing support, customer engagement, operational coordination, and internal reporting.
Support quotations, proposals, tenders, contract renewals, and customer onboarding.
Maintain sales records, pipelines, follow-ups, and commercial documentation.
Handle customer enquiries, coordination, and service follow-ups.
Coordinate with depot operations on container movements, repairs, estimates, and timelines.
Monitor service performance and operational KPIs.
Prepare reports, presentations, meeting notes, and management updates.
Support internal coordination across sales, operations, finance, and customer service.
Assist with projects, business initiatives, and ad-hoc operational tasks.
Min Diploma in Business, Logistics, or related field
Proficient in MS Office.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Organized, proactive, and able to multitask.
Team player with flexibility for ad-hoc tasks.
