A leading F&B company in Singapore is seeking an experienced Sales Supervisor to oversee the sales team and drive sales activities. The role involves training and recruiting staff, preparing sales reports, and managing relationships with customers and suppliers. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills in Chinese and a proven background in sales and customer relationship management. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is required.
A Sales Supervisor plays a critical role in supporting the success of an organization.
Supervise the daily activities of the sales team, including product promotion, online and offline marketing activities, and coordinate e-commerce platform operations and live-streaming promotion plans.
Assist the direct manager in recruiting, training, evaluating, and retaining qualified sales team members, with a particular focus on recruiting talent with experience in e-commerce operations, live-streaming sales, or digital marketing.
Submit various reports to senior management, such as sales reports, lead generation reports, customer complaint reports, new customer acquisition reports, and updates on e-commerce channel sales data analysis, live-streaming campaign performance reports, and social media interaction data reports.
Expand online and offline channel customer base, maintain relationships with suppliers and partners, and develop e-commerce platform cooperation opportunities.
As a liaison between the organization and the customers, the production supervisor must anticipate changing customer needs and design menu that meet such needs.
Supervise the activities of the sales team including marketing activities like product activations.
Assist the line manager to recruit, training, enumerating, and retaining a competent sales team.
Provide reports to top management like sales reports, lead generation reports, customer complaints reports, and new customers' on-boarded reports.
Proven work experience in customer relationship and Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal communication in Chinese. Ability to lead and motivate a sales team, and put in place measures to retain a great team. Excellent selling skills, ability to close deals, and deal with post-purchase anxiety. Excellent selling skills, people-oriented, and ability to motivate a team. Ability to identify potential areas of growth and identify new business partnership opportunities. Strong organization skills and multi-tasking skills. The ability to work under pressure. Availability to work within opening hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends).
