The Sales Strategy and Operations team builds and maintains the operational foundation that enables the LinkedIn Talent Solutions (LTS) sales organization to run effectively and efficiently. This role will involve partnering with senior sales executives to assess business performance and derive actionable insights focused on delivering revenue growth, sales productivity and customer value. The Senior Associate will lead, execute and scale operational and planning processes in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders.
