Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and technically proficient Sales Specialist to promote our products into hospital POCT and ICU, providing product demonstrations and customer training. This role requires understanding of medical laboratory technologies and strong communication skills. Product training will be provided.

Responsibilities:
  • Technical Expertise & Support:
    • Provide in-depth technical product expertise to customers.
    • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations and customer training.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and scientific advancements.
    • Product training will be provided by supplier.
  • Sales Enablement:
    • Collaborate closely with customers to identify their specific needs.
    • Participate in sales calls and meetings to provide technical insights and product applications.
    • Assist in the development of targeted sales tools, marketing materials, and technical documentation specific to our range of products.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key opinion leaders.
    • Gather valuable customer feedback on our range of products.
    • Provide post-sales support, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and product adoption.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Sciences, or a closely related field.
  • 2 to 5 years of direct sales experience in relevant or related areas.
  • Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
