Business Growth & Sales Performance
- Identify, generate, and qualify new leads; schedule introductory meetings and sales presentations through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Deliver professional, consultative sales services, including cross-selling and up-selling of company solutions.
- Build and sustain long-term client relationships by providing product updates, innovative solutions, and continuous pre- and post-sales support.
- Maintain strong technical knowledge to collaborate with clients on engineering-based solutions.
- Analyze client requirements and recommend cost-effective improvements.
- Develop tailored sales materials and presentations showcasing product capabilities and technical value.
- Manage accounts across the full sales lifecycle, from prospecting and deal closure to post-sales engagement.
Sales Coordination & Market Support
- Collaborate with internal departments to align and support sales initiatives.
- Assess customer needs, propose appropriate solutions, and manage expectations effectively.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to recommend product enhancements or new offerings.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, tenders, and cost analyses.
- Maintain accurate sales documentation, reports, and transaction records.
- Negotiate contracts and sales agreements.
- Work with external partners to support deal closure.
- Provide regular updates on sales performance, pipeline status, and opportunities.
- Address and resolve customer issues by identifying root causes and implementing solutions.
Customer Service Excellence
- Deliver timely after-sales support and handle customer concerns professionally.
- Provide technical guidance and advisory support to clients.
- Proactively communicate delays or issues and offer alternative solutions.
- Ensure accurate documentation of client interactions and service delivery.
- Maintain high service standards through consistent follow-ups and relationship management.
- Act as a trusted advisor by conducting research and offering informed recommendations.

Requirements
- Possess at least a Diploma in Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience in technical and/or engineering sales preferably in refineries/petrochemical plants/pharmaceutical plants or related industries.
- Possess own vehicle will be added advantages.
