Job summary

A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a motivated Sales Solution Engineer to develop potential clients and provide tailored solutions. The successful candidate will conduct market research and maintain strong client relationships in sectors such as petrochemical, oil & gas, or pharmaceuticals. Candidates must own a vehicle and have relevant sales experience. This role offers a salary range of $4,000–$5,000 plus transport allowance, with a standard Monday to Friday work schedule.

Qualifications

  • Relevant experience in solution-based sales is required.
  • Ownership of a vehicle is mandatory (transport allowance provided).

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
  • Prospect and develop leads through various channels.
  • Design and propose practical solutions based on client needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Coordinate with the Customer Service Executive (CSE) for client service and follow-ups.
