Job Summary:

As an Account Manager, you will be representing the company to build and maintain a good relationship with the customers. You will be responsible for providing customised services and delivering chemical and operational solution (including cleaning and sanitation service) to the customers within the Food Manufacturing sectors.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary representative of the company for customers, driving profitable field sales growth by strengthening existing relationships and expanding opportunities through new business and innovation.
  • Fostering strong customer connections by offering tailored service and expertise in cleaning, sanitation, and chemical solutions for food manufacturing facilities.
  • Collaborate with management to analyze business performance, identify growth areas, execute action plans.
  • Provide post-sales service to customers according to service level agreement.
  • Identify and implement corrective maintenance and solutions to improve customer service, and total cost.
  • Adhere to organization’s safety protocols and reporting procedures.
Job Requirements:
  • Degree in Food Science / Chemical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in Sales function.
  • Must have valid class 3 / 3A driver's license
