We are looking for a proactive and commercially savvy Sales Representative to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving sales performance through strategic order canvassing, effective merchandising, payment collection, and space management. The ideal candidate will also play a key role in monitoring competitor activity, reviewing customer pricing strategies, and managing trade deals to ensure market competitiveness and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Order Canvassing: Proactively engage with customers to generate orders, expand product reach, and meet sales targets.
  • Merchandising: Ensure optimal product placement and visual appeal in-store. Maintain planograms and execute promotional displays.
  • Payment Collection: Secure timely payments from customers, ensuring compliance with credit terms and accurate record-keeping.
  • Space Management: Maximize shelf and floor space utilization to enhance product visibility and drive sales.
  • Competitor Monitoring: Track competitor activities, pricing, promotions, and market presence. Provide actionable insights to inform strategy.
  • Customer Pricing Strategy Review: Analyze customer pricing structures and recommend adjustments to maintain competitiveness and profitability.
  • Trade Deal Management: Negotiate, implement, and monitor trade deals and promotional agreements with customers. Ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and long-term partnerships.
  • Reporting & Market Intelligence: Deliver regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
