Role 1: On-Trade Wine Sales Professional – Hotels & Restaurants
This role focuses on managing and growing business across hotels and organised restaurant groups, including Chinese and Asian dining concepts. The ideal candidate understands hotel procurement structures, tender processes, and the commercial dynamics of multi-outlet restaurant groups.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow key on-trade accounts, including international and regional hotel groups
- Handle hotel wine tenders, listings, renewals, and range reviews
- Work closely with sommeliers, F&B directors, outlet managers, and beverage managers
- Develop business with organised restaurant groups and group purchasing structures
- Navigate pricing sensitivities, rebates, margins, and volume expectations
- Build long-term key account relationships through service, training, and commercial relevance
- Execute channel-specific sales strategies balancing brand-building, volume, and profitability
Requirements
- Proven track record in on-trade wine sales, specifically with hotels and organised restaurant groups
- Strong existing network with hotel procurement and F&B decision-makers
- Deep understanding of on-trade pricing and margin structures
- Commercially disciplined, results-driven, and relationship-focused

Role 2: Wine Sales Professional (Retail, Online & Corporate)
This role manages and grows business across retail chains, online platforms, and corporate accounts, requiring strong portfolio positioning skills and sensitivity to pricing and channel harmony.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with major retail wine accounts and specialty retailers
- Manage online retail platforms to align portfolio selection with customer demand
- Actively manage channel conflict between online and brick-and-mortar retail
- Match wine portfolios to different retail, online, and customer segments
- Grow corporate wine accounts, including banks, financial institutions, event companies.
- Design and execute promotions, campaigns, wine events, and customer activations
- Support corporate gifting and promotional wine programs
- Drive revenue growth, sales velocity, and sustainable profitability
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail, managing online platforms and/or corporate sales.
- Existing contacts within retail buying teams, online portals, or corporate procurement
- Strong commercial acumen with sensitivity to pricing, margins, and portfolio positioning
- Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple channels
