Overview

Are you passionate about harnessing data to drive sales strategies and outcomes? Our client, a dynamic organization in need of a Sales Planning Executive, is looking for someone like you to join their team and contribute to their success by leveraging your expertise in data analysis and strategic planning.

Responsibilities
  • Sales Figure Management: Utilize OA applications like W365 Business Central, Salesforce, and more to steer sales figures.
  • Forecast Management: Create, maintain, and update weekly and monthly sales forecasts using Excel and other applications.
  • Liaison with Japan HQ: Act as the contact window person for reporting and communication with our Japan headquarters.
  • Meeting Preparation: Craft meeting materials for management reporting on a weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc basis.
  • Data Handling: Efficiently manage incoming emails and other materials.
  • Data Analysis: Dive into sales data to provide invaluable insights for sales planning and strategy formulation.
Requirements
  • Proficient in English; Japanese skills are a plus.
  • Advanced proficiency in Windows applications, including Excel functions like V-lookup.
  • Positive mindset and a knack for staying updated with the latest technologies.
  • Collaborative spirit and a proactive attitude.
  • Strong attention to detail, adept at planning, organizing, and managing time effectively.
  • Ability to connect and engage effectively
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis within sales planning or strategy formulation.
  • Singaporean or SGPR status.
Education
  • Qualification: Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or related fields.
