Metalcool is a precision tooling manufacturer serving aerospace, semicon, oil & gas, defence, and advanced engineering sectors. We are seeking a hands-on Sales & Order Coordinator who can drive accuracy, efficiency, and high service standards across our quotation-to-delivery workflow. This role is deeply operational — ideal for someone who enjoys being in the centre of activity, coordinating with technical teams, and ensuring customers receive timely, accurate support.

Key Responsibilities
Quotation & Order Accuracy
  • Prepare detailed quotations for standard and custom tooling.
  • Validate customer POs for accuracy against quotations and terms.
  • Create Sales Orders / Work Orders with full ISO/AS9100D traceability.
  • Maintain conversion, pipeline, and order status trackers.
Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Work closely with Engineering for technical clarifications.
  • Coordinate with Production and QC to ensure job readiness and delivery commitments.
  • Liaise with logistics partners for domestic and export shipments.
  • Highlight delivery risks early and recommend corrective steps.
Documentation & Compliance
  • Prepare DNs, Invoices, COCs, and shipping documents.
  • Ensure all paperwork is complete, compliant, and audit-ready.
  • Support Accounts in invoicing and payment follow-up.
  • Maintain an organised document archive for traceability.
Customer Communication & Reporting
  • Provide customers with timely updates and accurate information.
  • Respond to enquiries within one business day.
  • Consolidate data for sales/delivery dashboards and performance summaries.
  • Record customer feedback and support service recovery when required.
