Sales Operations Manager

Salary: $3,800 – $5,000/month | Location: Central Singapore

About the Role

We’re looking for a results‑driven Sales Operations Manager to keep our sales engine running smoothly. You’ll ensure seamless sales operations, efficient order fulfilment, accurate inventory, and high customer satisfaction—all while supporting business growth.

What You’ll Do
  • Partner with Sales & Marketing to execute campaigns and promotions.
  • Manage end-to-end order processing: confirmation → delivery → invoicing.
  • Oversee inventory planning, stock control, and replenishment.
  • Optimise fleet and logistics operations for timely deliveries.
  • Handle after-sales support, escalations, and customer feedback.
  • Streamline workflows, implement SOPs, and improve cross-department collaboration.
  • Lead and guide operations and support staff, ensuring performance aligns with business goals.
What We’re Looking For
  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 2–3 years in sales operations, operations management, or supply chain.
  • Experience in retail, lifestyle, furniture, or distribution preferred.
  • Strong understanding of order fulfilment, inventory, and logistics.
  • Hands‑on, process‑driven, and structured mindset.
  • Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in Excel and inventory systems.
