Job summary

A recruitment agency located in Singapore is seeking a sales and marketing coordinator to promote their range of building materials products. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales related to interior design and must be able to liaise effectively with designers and contractors. Responsibilities include managing key accounts, generating sales opportunities, and providing technical consultative services. A diploma or degree in business is required for this role.

  • Handle after-sales service and resolve customer complaints.

Requirements
  • Ideal candidates must have relevant sales interior designer or sales & marketing coordinator related to building materials.
  • Must experience in liaising with Designer, Contractor and Suppliers.
Job Scopes
  1. To market and promote range of products, as well as to create awareness of the company and its products & services to key clientele in the industry involving contractors and consultants.
  2. To follow up on key projects earmarked from concept to completion with emphasis on quality and commensurate returns on investment in time and revenue
  3. Develop and maintain good relationship with customers and maximize opportunities generating sales
  4. Manage key account customers, monitor sales targets, and generate new opportunities through supporting the customer’s needs in terms of sales and technical aspects
  5. Identifies product improvements or new products and/or technologies by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors
  6. Provide quality technical consultative service and generate specification documents to Architects, Façade Consultants, and Contractors by establishing and enforcing organization standards
  7. Provide after-sales service, resolve issues, problem-solving and handle complaints in a timely manner
  8. To secure projects which contribute positively to the company’s revenue and profits
  9. Construction industry with marble / granite / tiles knowledge and relevant experience are highly preferred.
  10. Diploma or Degree in business related background are required for this post.
