NTI Technology specializes in the research, development, and manufacturing of advanced membrane solutions for industrial, environmental, filtration, and water treatment applications. We are looking for a motivated and technically capable Sales & Marketing Executive / Assistant Manager to help grow our business in Singapore.

Role Overview

This role focuses on generating sales, building customer relationships, and supporting marketing activities. The candidate should have experience in industrial or technical sales and be willing to learn membrane technology. This person will be responsible for growing the Singapore market and assisting in brand development.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Activities
  • Generate new leads and develop new customer accounts.
  • Manage the full sales process from prospecting, quotations, negotiations, to closing deals.
  • Visit customer sites, conduct basic product presentations, and provide follow‑up support.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Business Development
  • Identify opportunities in water treatment, filtration, waste oil, environmental services, and engineering sectors.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Provide feedback to management on customer needs and market trends.
Marketing Support
  • Assist in marketing content creation (brochures, datasheets, LinkedIn posts, email campaigns).
  • Help plan and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and customer events.
  • Support brand‑building activities and digital marketing efforts.
Internal Coordination
  • Work closely with the technical, lab, and production teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Prepare weekly activity reports and update CRM/lead logs.
Requirements
Must Have:
  • Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Environmental Science, Business, or related fields.
  • 3–5 years of B2B sales experience (industrial, engineering, water treatment, chemicals, filtration, or technical products).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Able to conduct basic technical discussions with customers (training will be provided).
  • Self‑motivated, independent, and goal‑oriented.
  • Willing to work in Tuas and visit customer sites.
Good to Have:
  • Experience in membrane/water treatment industry.
  • Knowledge of filtration processes or industrial systems.
  • Existing network in relevant sectors.
