About the role

Join the dynamic team at Prefab Technology 3 Pte Ltd as a Sales & Marketing Executive. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for driving sales and expanding the company's presence in the Tuas West Region. As an integral part of the sales and marketing efforts, you will play a crucial role in achieving the company's growth objectives.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction and building materials sector.


• Manage and expand relationships with contractors, developers, architects, consultants, and government agencies.


• Demonstrate a positive attitude, and willingness to learn about related products.


• Willing to do cold calls to promote our company products and services.


• Able to commit extra hours to ensure project completion is successful.


• Able to interpret technical drawings (preferred).


• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive insights, and opportunities for growth.


• Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate sales and marketing performance, insights, and recommendations to management.

Qualifications & Experience

• At least 1-2 years experience in related field.


• Minimum O Level or higher.


• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.


• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.


• Passion for innovation, learning and continuous improvement.
