A leading sales company based in Singapore is seeking a motivated sales professional to develop customer relationships and achieve targets. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of proven sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. Responsibilities include conducting customer visits, preparing sales quotations, and identifying new opportunities in the market. A willingness to travel to customer sites and vessel visits is essential for this role.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
Conduct regular customer visits, respond to enquiries via email/phone, and provide timely support
Go onboard vessels or customer sites to establish rapport and understand requirements
Prepare and submit sales quotations, follow up with customers, and close deals
Create and execute sales action plans to achieve assigned targets
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction
Monitor market trends, identify new opportunities, and expand customer base
Provide technical/product expertise to customers and recommend solutions
Minimum 2 years’ proven sales experience with track record of achieving targets
Strong customer relationship management and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, independent, and able to work under pressure
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Willingness to travel; vessel visits required
Possess own vehicle (advantage)
