  • Actively search for new business leads through networking, cold calling, and attending trade shows.
  • Organize meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.
  • Develop and present tailored proposals for products and services.
  • Oversee the management of sales activities throughout the entire project lifecycle.
  • Represent the company at trade fairs and conferences.
  • Gather insights from customers or prospects and collaborate with internal teams to improve offerings.
  • Complete any other assigned responsibilities as required.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of achieving sales goals through a consultative approach in previous roles.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, high-pressure business environment.
  • Experience in marine engines and propulsion systems is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in web-based applications, including MS Office and CRM systems.
  • Willingness to travel internationally for business assignments as needed.
  • A Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering, sales and marketing, or a related field.
  • A minimum of five years of experience in sales, business development, or relevant operational roles.
