A leading food importer MNC in Singapore is seeking a Sales Executive to drive B2B sales growth focused on the Japanese food industry. The candidate will build relationships, conduct market research, and collaborate with teams for successful product launches. A minimum diploma in business is required, and relevant B2B sales experience is preferred. The salary is up to $7500 with incentives and bonuses.

Responsibilities
  • Drive B2B sales growth by developing and executing sales strategies tailored to the Japanese food industry, focusing on wholesalers, restaurants, hotels, and catering groups
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with key accounts and strategic partners to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, track industry trends, and stay ahead of competitors
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and operations teams to launch new products, create promotions, and ensure smooth supply chain operations
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that communicate product value, authenticity, and unique selling points
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to achieve win-win outcomes while protecting company margins
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze results, and recommend actions to improve sales conversion and profitability
  • Mentor and guide junior sales team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, customer focus, and continuous improvement
Key Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales & Marketing, or a related field
  • Relevant experience in B2B sales, key account management, or distributor/channel management, preferably in food import, F&B, or hospitality industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing key accounts
  • Good understanding of Japanese food products, ingredients, or willingness to learn quickly
