Job description

• Basic up to $8,000 + AWS + Variable Bonus
• Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm
• Location: Chinatown

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by developing sales strategies, expanding partnerships, and identifying new business opportunities.
• Oversee overall sales performance, business development activities, and P&L to ensure financial targets are met.
• Maintain high service standards, ensuring smooth operations and zero customer complaints or penalties.
• Manage budgets, recommend key investments, and ensure compliance with internal policies and legal requirements.
• Continuously improve sales and operational processes to enhance efficiency and business performance.
• Lead, train, and motivate the team to strengthen engagement and achieve high performance.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields.
• Min. 4 years of proven sales or business development experience in logistics (ISO Tanks).
• Strong understanding of P&L, budgeting, and commercial management.
