The Opportunity

We are seeking a high-performing Sales Manager to join their Professional Sales team. This is a quota-carrying role designed for a commercial hunter who thrives on building relationships at the executive level.

The specific industry vertical for this role is flexible and can be discussed based on your specific strengths and network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Business Development: Formulate and execute a robust sales strategy to penetrate your assigned target industry group. You will uncover new business opportunities, manage the sales pipeline, and drive business plans to achieve sales budgets.
  • Account Management & Growth: Build and sustain strong, lasting relationships within specific Named Accounts. Your goal is to expand the company's share of wallet by providing comprehensive solutions that add value to the customer's operations.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor competitor activities and compile market intelligence to refine sales tactics. You will work with Marketing to organize training and promotional activities for your sector.
  • Sales Operations: Maintain rigorous control over the sales process using CRM tools. You will be responsible for accurate forecasting, budgeting, and managing commercial aspects such as credit limits and agreements.
Requirements
  • Proven Sales Track Record: At least 3-5 years of B2B sales experience, specifically in selling equipment, machinery, or technical solutions.
  • Industry Network: Strong existing network in ONE or MORE of the following sectors:
    • Building Services / Facility Management
    • Hospitality / Hotels
    • Logistics / Warehousing
    • Industrial / Manufacturing
  • Commercial Acumen: Experience with sales forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM systems is essential.
  • Attributes: A self-starter with excellent negotiation skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced MNC environment.
