Responsibilities

• Support the achievement of long-term strategic expansion into key markets.
• Collaborate with Senior Management to establish selection criteria and negotiate terms for technology licensing, joint ventures, and other partnerships.
• Identify and prioritize opportunities for product and service recommendations.
• Research and evaluate new domestic and international markets, developing strategies for market entry.
• Utilize market knowledge to highlight the company’s unique selling points and competitive advantages.
• Analyze customer insights, market trends, and industry conditions to guide decision-making.
• Build and maintain relationships with business consultants, government agencies, industry associations, and academic institutions to generate business opportunities.
• Explore and develop sales and distribution channels to expand business reach.
• Participate in conferences and seminars, providing market feedback and gathering intelligence.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to support relationship-building and business growth.

Qualifications

• Min Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering or its related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in business development.
• Familiarity with factory automation technology is a plus but not required.
• Friendly and approachable personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
