  • Identify, approach, and convert new business opportunities while maintaining key client relationships.
  • Increase revenue by proposing and selling tailored AV solutions.
  • Deliver sales pitches, product demos, and lead commercial negotiations.
  • Partner with internal teams to design and deliver customised client solutions.
  • Track market trends, competitor activity, and new technology developments.
  • Produce sales forecasts, reports, and market analyses.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in AV or IT sales, covering one or more sectors such as Corporate, Education, Manufacturing, Interior Design, or IT.
  • Solid understanding of audio and video technology solutions.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong relationship‑building and networking skills.
  • Open to travel as required.
