Job Summary

We are looking for a highly driven and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales in the commercial kitchen equipment sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing a sales team, building strong customer relationships, and driving business growth across the foodservice and аксесс industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives to improve performance and results.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities locally and regionally.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients such as restaurants, caterers, and foodservice operators.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure high customer satisfaction before and after sales.
  • Monitor market trends, industry developments, and competitors' activities.
  • Lead negotiations with clients and manage contracts to ensure profitable sales.
  • Track sales performance, prepare reports, and present sales updates to management.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment, including cooking, refrigeration, dishwashing, and food preparation systems.
Requirements
  • Diploma/ Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 orientation years of relevant sales experience, preferably in commercial kitchen equipment, foodservice, hospitality, or related industries.
  • Proven leadership experience with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sales track record and experience_comb handling long sales cycles.
  • Good knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment and related systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to read and understand kitchen layout drawings and technical specifications.
