We are expanding our dynamic Asia team and are seeking a talented Sales Manager to drive our growth in the Asia market. In this role, you will collaborate with a diverse, international team across Europe, the Americas, and Asia to deliver exceptional solutions for both local and global customers.
This is a regional position that requires monthly travel within the assigned countries.
Job Overview
We are looking for a results‑driven Sales Manager to spearhead our business development and sales efforts in Asia. You will be instrumental in shaping and executing the sales strategy, managing key accounts, and expanding our footprint within the thriving electronics manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate is a strategic hunter and farmer, capable of building strong relationships and driving the entire sales cycle to achieve and exceed targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the Asia market to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Create individual sales forecasts and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
- Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and closure.
- Proactively identify, target, and secure new customers and accounts.
- Recruit, manage, and develop a network of Sales Representatives, Agents, and Distributors.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and refine sales approaches.
- Nurture and expand relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key customers, understanding their needs and ensuring their success.
- Collaborate with the Service Support and technical teams to resolve issues and enhance customer experience.
- Work closely with global sales, technical, and after‑sales teams to align strategies and share customer insights.
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence to the Sales Director.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 4-5 years of proven sales experience, specifically in capital equipment sales (automation, semiconductor, electronics manufacturing, or related industries is a plus).
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Chinese.
- Proven ability to develop new business and achieve sales targets with a results‑driven mindset.
- Experience using CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and perform under pressure.
- Comfortable operating in a cross-border business environment and collaborating with international teams.
