- To create & implement sales plan aligned with company goals, market trends & client needs.
- To hire, train, and manage a high-performing sales team by providing coaching, feedback, and development opportunities.
- To establish clear and achievable sales goals for individual team members and the overall sales team.
- To track sales activity, analyze sales data, and identify areas for improvement to optimize sales performance.
- To oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring proper qualification of leads, effective lead nurturing, and timely progression through the sales cycle.
- To foster strong relationships with key clients, address customer concerns, and maintain customer satisfaction.

Skills & Experience
- 10 years of sales experience with proven track record in selling building security solutions to end users & channel partners including CCTV, door access, turnstiles & vehicle barriers, intercoms, intruder alarm systems, perimeter protection, and time attendance.
- Ability to motivate, inspire, and delegate tasks to a sales team
- Excellent verbal and written communication to effectively interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
- Strong data analysis capabilities to identify patterns, trends, and areas for improvement
- Proven ability to negotiate deals and close sales effectively
- Deep understanding of the sales cycle, including lead generation, qualification, and closing techniques
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and building strong client relationships
- Diploma or Degree Holders in business, electrical/electronic engineering or related field.
