Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership:Recruit, hire, train, coach, and mentor sales representatives, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Strategy & Planning:Develop and implement sales strategies, set sales goals/quotas, manage pipelines, and forecast revenue.
• Performance Management:Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), analyze sales data, report to leadership, and adjust tactics as needed.
• Customer & Market Focus:Build client relationships, negotiate contracts, identify new opportunities, and understand market trends.
• Collaboration:Work with marketing, product, and customer service teams on campaigns, messaging, and service models.
