  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, client prospecting, and competitive analysis
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets and KPIs
  • Manage and grow relationships with key accounts to ensure long-term business success
  • Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to clients and industry stakeholders
  • Conduct client training sessions and workshops to support product application and knowledge
  • Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, proposals, quotations, and tender documentation
  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
  • Monitor project timelines, delivery schedules, and customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle
  • Track and follow up on payment status and ensure timely collections
  • Analyze customer needs and recommend product solutions that meet both technical and commercial requirements
  • Attend sales meetings, brief the sales force, and participate in business planning activities
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant sales experience in the construction or engineering industries
  • ITE or Diploma in Engineering; qualifications in Civil or Chemical Engineering will be an added advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Powerpoint
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Team-oriented with a proactive and self-driven mindset
  • Possess a valid Class 3 driving license (preferably own car)
