Job summary

A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to manage the complete sales cycle and achieve assigned sales budgets. The role requires developing new enterprise accounts and nurturing existing relationships, with a focus on the professional hygiene industry. Qualifications

  • Position: Regional Sales Manager
  • Location: Tuas (walking distance from Tuas Crescent MRT)
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8am - 5pm)
  • Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $6,000 + Commission + Transport Allowance + Performance Bonus
  • Duration: Permanent
  • Industry: Professional hygiene consumables
Main Responsibilities
  • Manage and lead the whole sales cycle from identifying sales opportunities, submission of proposals to the signing of contracts
  • Fully responsible to achieve the assigned sales budget
  • Prospect new enterprise accounts and explore new business opportunities, formulate account development plans and sales strategies for penetrating into the market
  • Develop long-term relationships with existing accounts and grow demands
  • Measure sales performance with existing accounts and develop action plans to increase sales revenue
  • Provide detailed weekly and monthly sales report to management
  • Must be able to lead presentations, proposals and plans as necessary
Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
  • Overseas travelling is mandatory
  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in the sales of industrial products (preferably consumables)
  • Experience in cold-calling
  • Class 3 driving license with own vehicle preferred
