Job summary

A recruiting agency is seeking a Retail Executive (Livestream) to present jewelry products online. Candidates will be responsible for engaging with viewers and driving sales while ensuring an excellent customer experience. No prior livestreaming experience required, as training will be provided. Working hours are from 9am to 8:30pm with eight off-days per month. Competitive salary offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or sales is preferred.
• Ability to engage effectively with an online audience.
• Familiarity with livestreaming platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Present jewelry products during online livestreams
• Engage with online viewers and answer their questions
• Promote products and encourage sales during live sessions
• Provide excellent customer service & achieve sales target
• Ensure consistency of product presentation, outlook and display
• Record customer orders and pass details to sales team
• Follow company guidelines and livestream schedules
• Keep track of product availability during sessions
