Job summary

A design and project management firm based in Singapore is seeking a motivated individual to oversee design projects and manage client relationships. Responsibilities include understanding client requirements, overseeing design conceptualization, preparing proposals, and liaising with contractors. The ideal candidate is sales-driven with strong presentation skills, and at least 1 year of experience in a related field, while fresh graduates are also welcome. Flexibility to travel within Singapore is required.

• Understanding client’s requirements prior to commencement of design work
• Responsible for all design, space planning and conceptualisation of ideas (color scheme and materials)
• Preparation of proposals for design work (sketches and design work)
• Drafting of quotations and work schedule to clients
• Project management overseeing entire project workflow
• Liaising between clients, contractors and vendors from start till project completion
• Develop and prepare drawings and designs from initial ideas, sketches, specification sheets
• Drafting of carpentry detailed drawings using relevant software
• Understanding and communicating consequences of designs
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements

• Sales driven, proactive and meticulous, able to work independently, good presentation skills
• Candidates with/without experience are welcomed.
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field
• Flexibility to travel as required (within Singapore)
