Job description

Role: Sales Head - APAC

Designation: GM/AVP

Lodha is expanding its international footprint and setting up its APAC headquarters in Singapore. We are looking for a senior sales leader to build and scale our presence across the APAC region.

This is a leadership role with complete ownership of team building, sales strategy, partnerships, and revenue growth across APAC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and operationalize the Singapore office for Lodha's international business.
  • Build and scale a distribution network across APAC including Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia, and Southeast Asia.
  • Develop partnerships with channel partners, Grade A brokerages, event exhibitors, HNI clubs, associations, and wealth managers.
  • Drive international sales of Lodha residential properties across India, from luxury to aspirational segments.
  • Work closely with site sales teams, NRI marketing, sales strategy, and CRM teams to execute the overall APAC NRI agenda.
  • Hire, mentor, and lead a high-performing international sales team.
  • Represent Lodha at international events, exhibitions, and partner forums.
  • Role involves extensive travel across the APAC region.
Candidate Profile
  • MBA (preferred from a Tier 1 / premier institute).
  • 8-15 years of experience in international sales, APAC markets, or NRI-focused roles.
  • Strong preference for candidates currently based in Singapore / APAC or with prior experience in the region (not mandatory).
  • Preferred candidate background:
    • Private Banking / Wealth Management (Senior Wealth Managers handling HNI/UHNI clients; Cushman & Wakefield, CBRE, JLL, etc.)
  • Strong APAC market knowledge and network is mandatory.
  • Real estate knowledge is preferred but not compulsory.
Preferred Skills
  • Strong sales orientation with a structured, process-driven approach
  • Proven ability to build, nurture, and manage long-term relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • People leader with experience in building, mentoring, and grooming high-performing sales teams
  • Results-driven with a strong focus on execution and closures
