Job summary

A leading waste management solutions provider in Singapore is seeking a Sales Executive. You will identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate qualified leads, and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of sales experience in waste management, strong communication skills, and a valid Singapore Class 3 driver's license. This is a full-time, permanent role with a competitive salary of up to SGD 4500 plus commission and bonuses.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in waste management sales or related field.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong knowledge of the waste management industry and its products and services.
  • Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license and own transport for work related travel.

  • Office Location: Penjuru Road Singapore
  • Working Hours: Mon – Fri 8am – 5pm, Sat 8am - 12pm
  • Monthly Salary: Base up to $4500 + Commission + Allowance + Variable Bonus (VB)
  • Employment Type: Full time, Permanent Contract

Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach activities.
  • Generate qualified sales leads and cultivate strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
  • Build and maintain in‑depth knowledge of the waste management industry, including products and services.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets and drive business growth.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate closely with the operations team to ensure customer satisfaction and long‑term retention.
  • Deliver excellent customer service by resolving issues promptly and effectively.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events to expand networks and create new leads.
Requirements
