Job Title: Sales Executive – Industrial Solutions

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to grow our business with industrial clients, including those in the marine and offshore sector. Prior experience in this field is not required – we provide full training. What matters most is your sales drive, customer focus, and willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing corporate accounts.
  • Conduct client visits, cold calls, and follow-ups to drive sales opportunities.
  • Promote and present company products, solutions, and capabilities to customers.
  • Participate in trade shows and industry events to generate new leads.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and customer needs.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and other sales documents.
  • Support the Sales Manager in developing strategies to expand market share.
  • Provide regular reporting on sales visits and pipeline progress.
  • Assist in guiding junior team members when needed.
  • Perform other ad-hoc sales-related tasks as assigned.
Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Engineering, or related discipline (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales, account management, or business development (any industry).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to the industrial/marine/offshore solutions environment.
  • Comfortable with frequent client visits and field sales activities.
