In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strong partnerships with modern trade and western pharmacy retailers. You will lead field operations, guide promoters and merchandisers, and ensure effective execution of sales and marketing strategies that maximize ROI.

Responsibilities
  • Account Management: Develop and implement key account strategies to strengthen relationships with retailers, expand distribution, and ensure seamless communication and execution.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage promoters and merchandising teams to deliver effective in-store execution, optimize trade visibility, and maximize promotional impact.

Requirements
