This role is responsible for driving leasing sales, establishing strong client relationships, and providing exceptional customer experiences in alignment with our commitment to offering "experiences beyond boundaries." The ideal candidate will be proactive, customer-focused, and passionate about helping clients find the right leasing solutions to fit their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with both new and existing clients, ensuring long-term engagement and satisfaction.
  • Identify potential clients through research, referrals, cold calls, and networking events
  • Actively listen to customer needs and provide tailored leasing solutions to match their requirements and budgets.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly leasing sales targets through effective sales techniques.
  • Draft, negotiate, and close leasing agreements with customers, maintaining clear documentation for accurate processing. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the leasing lifecycle, from initial inquiry to the end of the lease term.
  • Proactively address client inquiries, providing guidance on leasing terms, vehicle options, and any service-related questions.
  • Keep clients updated on vehicle availability, lease renewal options, and any service changes that may impact their leasing experience.
  • Collaborate closely with the operations team to ensure that client expectations are met regarding vehicle availability, delivery schedules, and pick-up/drop-off arrangements.
  • Communicate any special requirements or service requests from clients to the operations team, ensuring a seamless and responsive service.
