A construction trading company in Singapore is seeking a Sales Executive to identify and pursue new sales opportunities, manage client relationships, and provide expert product knowledge. Responsibilities include working closely with the sales team and forecasting sales. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of sales experience in building construction and excellent negotiation skills. This permanent position offers a salary package of up to $3,000 plus commissions and bonuses.

Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities
Manage and grow existing client relationships, delivering excellent customer service and exceeding sales targets
Provide expert product and service knowledge to customers, effectively addressing their needs and queries
Work closely with our sales team to support pre-sales activities including client and site visits, tenders, submitting proposals, etc.
Accurately forecast sales, monitor pipeline and report on progress to management
Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activity and industry developments
Minimum 1 years' experience in a sales role, preferably in building construction
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
