Our client is seeking a Sales Executive to join their team. This role focuses on driving business growth by developing partnerships, securing corporate bookings, and maximizing revenue opportunities across multiple indoor family entertainment venues. The ideal candidate is proactive, persuasive, and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through calls, emails, networking, and meetings.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with corporates, agencies, and event planners for venue buyouts, large group bookings, and corporate passes.
  • Prepare customized proposals and presentations to promote partnership packages and ticketing deals.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through consistent prospecting and follow-ups.
  • Negotiate and close contracts to ensure profitable and long‑term business relationships.
  • Provide excellent account servicing, ensuring smooth coordination and delivery for corporate events and group bookings.
  • Build strong client relationships to encourage repeat and referral business.
  • Participate in trade shows, networking events, and industry activities to expand the sales pipeline.
  • Keep updated on competitor activities and market trends to refine sales strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and revenue forecasts.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance and progress.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2‑3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Self‑driven, outgoing, and comfortable interacting with corporate clients.
