Overview

At DTC World, we specialize in providing creative and customized merchandise and POSM solutions for leading brands across Asia. We're expanding our team and looking for a Sales Executive who is motivated, proactive, and ready to grow with us. If you enjoy building client relationships, managing projects, and seeing your ideas come to life in the form of high-impact branded products, this role is for you.

🔑 What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Identify client needs and propose creative merchandise solutions tailored to their marketing goals.
  • Prepare quotations, presentations, and sales proposals to support business pitches and client meetings.
  • Build and manage strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Work closely with the Procurement Team to source the best products at competitive pricing and terms.
  • Collaborate with the Design Team to brief in client requirements and follow up on artwork development.
  • Coordinate project timelines and ensure timely delivery to meet client expectations.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders (including suppliers and logistics partners) to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Manage and track sales orders from confirmation to delivery, ensuring accuracy and prompt follow-up.
  • Provide after-sales support and resolve any client concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Assist with local and overseas sourcing when necessary.
