Position: Sales Executive (Office-Based)

Company: Specialists with intricate knowledge in Marine Fixed Pitch Propellers & Mechanical Face Seals

Location: Near Bedok

Working Hours:

• Monday – Friday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
• Alternate Saturday: 10:00am – 12:00pm

Sales Bonus Assessment: Every 3 / 6 / 9 / 12 months

Salary: $2,400 – $2,800

Job Responsibilities

• Handle office-based (indoor) sales activities for marine engineering products
• Attend to customer enquiries via email and phone
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales documentation
• Interpret customer requirements based on technical drawings, specifications, and datasheets
• Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal technical teams
• Follow up on quotations, orders, and delivery schedules
• Maintain good relationships with existing customers
• Update sales records and provide basic reports to management
• Perform other sales-related duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Engineering, Marine, Mechanical, or related field preferred
• Technical sales experience in marine or engineering products is an advantage
• Able to read and understand technical drawings and specifications
• Good understanding of mechanical or marine engineering concepts
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently
• Comfortable working in an office-based sales environment
• Proficient in MS Office
