Education & Background

- Proven experience in industrial sales (1–3 years minimum, depending on the level).
- Automated Storage System or ASRS knowledge can be a plus.

Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Generation
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver presentations or product demonstrations.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and quotations promptly.
- Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Sales Process Execution
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements within company guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of activities in CRM systems.
Market & Product Knowledge
- Stay updated on product features, benefits, and market trends.
- Monitor competitor activities and share insights with the team.
Reporting & Collaboration
- Provide regular sales reports to management.
- Work closely with marketing, customer support, and technical teams to align efforts.
