Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a sales strategy to meet designated sales targets.
  • Provide an accurate sales pipeline for weekly reviews with the Sales Management team.
  • Schedule and conduct client and prospect visits to assess their business, technical needs, and budget. Follow up closely after sales calls with proposals and quotations.
  • Organize sales support resources for demonstrations, site studies, and client presentations.
  • Collaborate closely with the Project and Technical Support Manager to ensure a positive customer experience during project implementation and after-sales support.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies as needed.
  • Foster robust relationships with key clients, effectively addressing customer concerns to ensure satisfaction.
  • Oversee the sales budget, strategically allocating resources to enhance sales performance.
  • Create regular sales reports and presentations to share important sales metrics and insights with senior management.
Requirements
  • Diploma or degree in business, electrical/electronic engineering, or a related field.
  • Sales experience with a proven track record in selling building security solutions such as CCTV, access control systems to end users and channel partners.
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
  • Independent, resourceful, and results-driven with a strong ambition to succeed in sales.
