We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive / Sales Engineer to join our team in Singapore. This role focuses on consultant sales within the HVAC industry, with the key mission of securing product specifications (spec-in) for EC fans in tender documents and building strong relationships with consultants and authorities to drive business growth.

What You’ll Do
  • Specification Sales: Promote and secure EC fan specifications in tender documents for HVAC projects (new builds & retrofit).
  • Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with M&E consultants, design firms, and relevant government authorities.
  • Market Development: Identify new business opportunities, track competitor activities, and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Technical Support: Deliver product presentations, training, and technical advice to consultants and stakeholders.
  • Collaboration & Reporting: Work with internal teams to provide documentation and prepare regular sales reports.
What We’re Looking For
  • Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
  • 3–5 years of experience in the HVAC industry, preferably with consultant sales.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems & energy-efficient technologies (experience with EC fans a plus).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Advantageous Certifications:
  • Certified Energy Manager (CEM)
  • Green Mark Professional (Singapore)
  • HVAC-related certifications (e.g., ASHRAE, LEED AP)
