Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and support customers in Singapore and across Southeast Asia.
  • Follow up on sales leads and prepare competitive quotations.
  • Oversee the entire sales process — from quotation to order fulfilment — ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Track and achieve sales targets while forecasting revenue performance.
  • Monitor market trends and customer preferences to refine sales strategies.
  • Work closely with customers to identify business opportunities, provide technical support, and resolve issues effectively.
  • Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with key customers, partners, and distributors.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the customer base.
  • Prepare and present both internal and external sales reports.
Job Requirements
  • Degree or Diploma in Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Prior experience in the semiconductor industry will be an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external clients.
