Job description
Responsibilities:

. Daily tasks include handling sales enquiries, preparation of salesreports and projection analysis, customer visits, perform product sales andtechnical presentations, attend to customer’s query on product technical andquality issues, implementing marketing activities.

. Understanding markets situation, trends, customer’s changingrequirements to develop sales strategies and action plans.

. Representing the Company in a professional manner and establishing goodrapport and business relationship with our customers, suppliers, and principals

. To perform daily sales activities such as preparation of drawings,sourcing, quotations, and PO

. To ensure that pricing and quantity of orders received are inaccordance with the quotations and ensure prompt delivery to customers.

. To attend monthly sales meetings to share and update management onmarket information and trend.

. To attend to any quality issues and work with the QC department inproviding customers with supporting documents when required.

. To assist in the preparation and participation of trade shows in theassigned territory.

. Achieve individual sales target.

. Sales service schedule planning & prepare reports for management’sreview.

· Maintain the sales service quality and timeliness of answers tocustomer’s questions.

· Develop new sales service opportunities and provide sales servicesupport to clients.

· Travel to perform sales service overseas and provide support as andwhen required.

· Coordinate and manage contractors/suppliers.

. Ad-hoc & other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

· Min Diploma in engineering qualification

. Minimum 3 years’ experience in semicon industry

. Proficient in Microsoft office, web design, and 2D drawing.

. Customer-centric with good oral & written skills

. Hand-on with a can-do attitude

· Strong analytical mind, good problem-solving, independent, goal driven.
