Job description

Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Singapore market.

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share

Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.

Manage and grow relationships with customers to ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business.

Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities

Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, technical, and customer service) to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.

Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, market trends, and competitive intelligence.

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer information using CRM systems.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Business, Engineering or related field.

Prior sales experience in construction related industry in B2B or B2C for at least 3 years within Singapore.

Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in a competitive sales environment.

Strong understanding of the ‘Industrial’ landscape and market dynamics.

Strong understanding of the construction industry, willing to be constantly on construction sites for site survey or site meeting.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.

Team player, passionate and self-motivated and a results-driven approach.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.

Possessing a valid Class 3 driving license is an advantage.
