Job description

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet company targets and objectives.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships to drive market growth.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with key accounts and customers.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine sales strategies.
• Stay updated on lighting products, technologies, and applications to enhance sales effectiveness.
• Provide technical expertise during sales engagements to support solution-based selling.
• Plan and manage diverse sales channels, including online marketing and live broadcasts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
