Role Overview

We are seeking a high-performing Sales Director to drive revenue growth for Deutsche Telekom’s enterprise business in Singapore. This is a player-coach role: initially hands-on as an individual contributor with the mandate to open doors, secure new logos, and scale revenue, with the expectation to build and lead a sales team as success is demonstrated.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive order entry and revenue growth.
  • Open net-new enterprise accounts and expand business with existing customers.
  • Lead C-level engagements and build strong relationships with multinationals and key enterprises.
  • Identify and develop opportunities in Singapore (and Hong Kong) for connectivity, managed network, cloud, and security solutions.
  • Leverage technology partners to co-create opportunities and enhance offerings.
  • Qualify and progress early-stage opportunities, tracking outreach, meetings, and pipeline progression with Marketing, SDRs, and partner teams.
Key Requirements
  • 10–12 years of experience in ICT/telecom enterprise sales, consulting, or account management across APAC, with strong exposure to Singapore (Hong Kong/China experience is a plus).
  • Confident in engaging C-level executives and navigating complex international accounts.
  • Proven hunter track record in securing new logos and complex B2B enterprise deals.
  • Strong network with enterprise buyers in Singapore and Hong Kong.
  • Experience in partner sales motions and co-selling with technology partners.
  • Hands-on experience selling connectivity, managed network services, SD-WAN, cloud, and security.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, matrixed environment with minimal supervision.
  • Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or MBA
Preferred Background & Traits
  • Previous experience as a Client Director in an ICT company or sales hunter in services company.
  • Creative and entrepreneurial: able to bring out-of-the-box solutions to customers.
  • Self-starter with ambition to build and lead a high-performing sales team.
