Overview

We’re looking for a Sales & Customer Operations Automation Specialist who can streamline commercial workflows, improve customer experience, and enable data-driven decisions across our Sales, Business Development, and Customer Service teams.

This role blends process automation, CRM enhancement, analytics, and lightweight programming, with the goal of eliminating manual tasks (quotation workflows, customer onboarding, reporting, lead assignment), improving accuracy, and increasing speed-to-response.

You’ll work closely with Sales, BD, Customer Support, and cross-functional partners to build tools and dashboards that fuel efficiency and better customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & BD Process Automation
  1. Automate repetitive commercial tasks such as:
    • Lead assignment and routing
    • Quote/proposal generation workflows
    • Opportunity stage reminders & nudges
    • Customer onboarding tasks
    • Data entry and validation
  2. Build Power Automate flows to integrate CRM, email, SharePoint, Teams, and external systems.
Customer Service Workflow Improvement
  • Automate ticket triage, case acknowledgement, and SLA monitoring.
  • Build self-service tools (e.g., Power Apps) for customer issue logging, status tracking, feedback capture.
  • Create automated alerts and escalations for overdue cases or VIP customers.
Data & Analytics (Power BI Focus)
  1. Develop dashboards for:
    • Sales pipeline performance
    • Customer health & NPS
    • CS response time & SLA performance
    • BD activity metrics
    • Revenue trends, forecasts & conversion rates
  2. Build and maintain ETL pipelines using Power Query or Python.
  3. Implement row-level security, DAX measures, and scheduled refreshes.
CRM Optimization & Integration

Improve CRM usability (e.g., custom fields, scripts, automations). Ensure clean, reliable customer and sales data through automated validation checks. Integrate multiple data sources for a unified commercial view.

Stakeholder Management & Enablement

Work closely with Sales, BD, and CS leads to understand pain points and design solutions. Provide training, documentation, and troubleshooting support for dashboards and tools.
